The International MBA (IMBA) program is designed for working professionals with an average of four years of professional experience seeking to broaden their career horizons and gain significant career advantages in today’s competitive job market by pursuing an advanced degree that is both rigorous and flexible.
The program's flexible curriculum integrates all the managerial functions and disciplines: decision-making tools, marketing, managing operations and information, financial analysis and control, managing for productivity and performance, the global business environment, and strategy. It provides candidates a balance between quantitative and qualitative business disciplines and faculty members ensure that skills developed in one area are applicable to the other.
Candidates have the opportunity to fulfill their degree requirements through a combination of seminars in one or several of our locations, and e-learning.
The program is based on an American-style curriculum and centers around a series of highly interactive and intensive seminars delivered by a diverse group of professors, all of whom are respected experts in their fields. Candidates are taught how to immediately apply newly acquired skills and knowledge sets, in solving problems relevant to their current business activities to solidify the learning experience.

In addition to its Paris seminars, the program offers students the opportunity to make corporate contacts and pursue academic study in some of the world's most important commercial capitals with ISM's strategic partnerships: at Baruch College in New York, Amity University in New Delhi, HSM Educação in São Paolo, and Fudan University in Shanghai.
Students may choose among ISM's Paris, New York, Shanghai, New Delhi, São Paolo, and Cape Town courses, as well as online courses.
Each course in Paris constitutes 1.5 credits and is taught over a three day period from 9 am to 6 pm.
IMBA students can earn up to 5 credits by participating in two weeks of study at the New York program. IMBA students can further earn up to 5 credits for each two-week program completed in Shanghai, New Delhi, São Paolo, and Cape Town.
Given the intensive course format, ISM provides students with the necessary reading materials one month before each course.
